“Fishing for Horus’s Eye”

Finding recognisable shapes in the landscape is always pleasing. I don’t force things while I am shooting, but back at the computer editing, an echo Eye of Horus symbol became apparent to me: the setting sun becomes the pupil with pleasing shapes in the clouds providing an almond eye shape, while the Jurassic pavements that lead diagonally into the frame from the left are similar to the cheek and eye socket elements in the ancient Egyptian symbol.
