I am not sure how I feel about this image. In some ways, I like it—it has the graphical nature I like, but I really wanted my tripod to go down another 10 centimetres. I feel like this composition could just be a little more refined. The rocks in the bottom left of the image could do with being just a little closer to the subject trees on the Island. Don’t get me wrong, I am still happy with it, but when I return to the Lake District, I want to head to Derwent Water and revisit this spot!
