I like that the subject here is clearly ice. I also like that it contains both dynamism and stillness. The smaller fragment lodged on the shore in the foreground stayed still enough to make it sharp, but then this contrasts with the motion blur as you move further into the image, before the static sharpness returns on the far away iceberg. The mid-ground rocks are not all that attention grabbing, but when you inspect them closely they have some lovely texture and colour. And I like that the frequency of the water is smoothed by a long exposure and your eye barely rests as it skim reads the scene.
